CDL Request Service Changes

At the recommendation of the UC Resource Sharing Committee (RSC) and with the concurrence of the Systemwide Operations and Planning Committee (SOPAG), the CDL has removed the daily limits imposed on the total number of interlibrary loan Requests a single individual is allowed to make in one day. This change was made in Request on 2 July.

Other Request changes that went live on July 2:
— Request forms and help links have been updated to reflect this change.
— Documentation on CDL outreach page and guides page have been updated.
— CDL services ILL page updated.
— Error messages document on libstaff page updated.
— Document Delivery Service (DDS) “more info” links on Request form points to campus library web page on DDS instead of static text housed at CDL.
