Background
Leslie joined CDL in September 2008. Her drive for continuous improvement has been a central focus in her previous careers as a senior manager of production and customer service teams, and as a management consultant for high tech, academic, financial services, and non-profit clients. She brings that same drive to CDL. As an experienced project manager, Leslie continually seeks opportunities to share her practical project management expertise in a straight-forward way that helps others overcome "project-phobia" and moves projects forward. She believes that the key to success in delivering projects is in helping others adapt to the increasing pace of change in the library world. A newly-minted librarian, Leslie is pleased to be part of the vanguard that will ensure libraries have an essential place "in the user flow."
