Lena is product manager for UC-eLinks, a popular web application that provides UC faculty and students with quick and reliable access to research articles. She is currently managing development of a metadata management system for use by HathiTrust, and providing project management consulting for the PAPR project. Lena's responsibilities include project management, strategic planning, and integrated marketing for core digital library services.

As a leader, Lena believes in understanding and honoring the values and needs that motivates each individual. With a diverse background in industries including software, biotech, nonprofit, and corporate, Lena brings new ideas to the academic realm and is a strong advocate for clear goals and accountability. She is a continuous learner. After joining CDL, Lena earned a professional certificate in integrated marketing which complements her existing skills in strategic planning, communication, design, and project management. Lena has a master's degree in Information Science and her latest challenge is to envision next generation library services.
