Systems Performance

Ei is committed to providing technical support and computer systems response time which meet critical standards.  Our goal is to maintain Ei Village service availability a minimum of 95% of the time, and we promise that all queries will be processed by our computer systems in less than 7 seconds 85% of the time.  It is with great pride that we can report we have exceeded these goals for the past year.
