1970 Census (2nd Count) is now available in Counting California.
This data set contains demographic items tabulated for each person (i.e., 100 percent count of persons), including data on age, race, ethnicity, sex, marital status, and information on schooling, labor force status, and children, as well as details on occupation and income.
Search tip: From the advanced search page you can limit your search to particular data set(s).
This data set is made available as a result of collaboration between CDL and Berkeley's UC Data staff, Ilona Einowski and Fred Gey.
UC’s shared image collections are accessed using Luna Insight.

Following the conclusion of the Image Demonstrator project
As a result, the URLs to the browser version of Insight have changed. If you are using the persistent URL (PID) shown below to link to a collection, you do not need to make any changes as the PIDs have remained the same.

The UC Heads of Public Services (HOPS) formed an Image Services Rollout and Advisory Committee (ISRAC) to plan for the rollout of the UC Image Service and to address related issues, such as copyright and collection development in an advisory capacity.
