Manage Your Collections in Calisphere and the OAC

• Obtain a voroEAD Account: Contact the CDL at oacops @ cdlib . org to request a voroEAD account. A voroEAD account can be used to submit EAD finding aids for publication in the OAC. The account also provides access to your institution's collection usage and extent statistics. Contributing member institutions must request accounts on behalf of vendors providing finding aid encoding and uploading services. Supply the following information in your request:
  • Name of each individual requesting the account
  • Complete contact information (phone, e-mail, etc.)
  • Institution name
• Collection Use and Extent Statistics
• Accessing Your Submitted EAD Finding Aid files

• OAC-L listserv: The OAC-L listserv is open to all contributing member institutions, and is used by the CDL to provide updates about Calisphere and the OAC.
• CDLINFO: Keep up to date with CDL-related news by signing up to CDLINFO. This biweekly electronic newsletter provides updates about California Digital Library projects, initiatives, and newly available electronic resources.
