The ERMS Implementation Team is a system-wide group charged by SOPAG to advise the CDL on implementation activities and service issues. In addition, the group’s charge is to identify appropriate librarians and library staff members on their campus to review and resolve issues, provide communication between their campus and CDL on the status of the implementation or other issues that arise, and surface policy issues for review and decision-making by SOPAG.
