Toolkit for Shared Print Monograph Proposals

Bibliographer groups are encouraged to use this toolkit to submit proposals to the SMCG.

Initiative Statement. This document forms an agreement between campuses and bibliographers to collaboratively collect print resources. Bibliographers capture information about the collection(s) that will be collaboratively developed in this document. The initiative statement can be tailored to propose a set of series, publishers or general areas for collaborative collection development. Once endorsed by CDC, the print resources acquired under an initiative statement will be governed by shared print in place policies and standards of practice.
