My ILL Requests: Campus Rollouts
The VDX Team has recommended a campus-by-campus rollout of Zportal, the VDX tool that allows patrons to check on the status of their ILL Requests. This "soft" release allows campuses to set their own time table for advertising this service to their users and developing campus specific documentation. The campuses have agreed to use the name “My ILL Requests” for the Zportal service when advertising this service to the endusers.
VDX and Zportal are unavailable each evening from 11:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. for maintenance.
