Dashboard / Administration
Contributors can perform most administrative activities through their 
Contributor Dashboard (voroEAD account required):
- Edit your account information
- Update your institution's contact information
- Monitor use and extent statistics, using Google Analytics
- Obtain personalized webDAV URLS for submitting and accessing your EAD and MARC files
- Request an account to use our CDL Hosted Archivists’ Toolkit / Archon Service
- Create and publish collection guides in OAC, using our RecordEXPRESS utility
- Edit metadata for your digital objects in OAC and Calisphere
- Add a slideshow widget to your website, featuring your content in Calisphere
- Add a search box widget to your website that lets users search just your content on the OAC
- Enable linking of your OAC collection guides to Aeon
- List your OAC-hosted collection guides in OCLC's ArchiveGrid and WorldCat
Get a voroEAD account
You will need a voroEAD account to perform all administrative functions for your institution (in addition to submitting EAD files). To obtain an account, send a request to oacops@cdlib.org with the following information:
- Name of each individual requesting the account
- Complete contact information (phone, e-mail, etc.)
- Institution name
Share your content with OAI-PMH
Metadata records for EAD collection guides and METS digital objects are available for sharing with other aggregators, through our Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH) data provider service. Refer to the OAI-PMH Data Service page for more information and implementation notes.
