Business Services

CDL's business activities fall under the auspices of CDL Business Services. This includes overseeing the library's budget, human resources, purchasing, and contract and grant administration functions.

Business Services is responsible for:

  • Short-term and long-term financial planning and analysis at CDL.
  • Providing expertise to CDL's Executive Director and program managers on the development of business models and the planning of strategic partnerships.
  • Oversight of the CDL's business operations including contracts & grants management, procurement and accounts payable, and human resources.
