UC DAMS (Nuxeo)

off site linkThe UC DAMS (Nuxeo) is a digital asset management system (or DAMS) hosted by the CDL, for use by the UC Libraries to create and manage object-level metadata and content files. UC Libraries and designated affiliates can use it to build and manage digital objects (such as images, texts, audio, and video), create metadata, and store content files. The UC DAMS is a customized implementation of the Nuxeo software platform. Nuxeo provides workflows for publishing digital objects to Calisphere, for access, and for depositing digital objects into Merritt, for preservation.
